DESIGN

We usually work with a pre-set design by the client, which can be a photo, sketch, technical file. Our specialists are taught to respect and understand the designer's idea and to fully comply with it.

CONTROL

We have our own system for quality control of materials and finished products. Our competent technologists apply professional manufacturing techniques and control 100% of the finished clothes.

CALCULATIONS AND PRODUCT MANAGEMENT

We work with trusted suppliers of fabrics and linings from around the world. As well as with established European manufacturers of accessories. Our location suggests fast deliveries from all over Europe and Turkey. Our staff employees have high experience in importing products from the Middle East. Thanks to the local Bulgarian suppliers, we can offer attractive prices for products of no worse quality than those on the European markets. Our financial independence and stability allows the purchase of all necessary materials for an order.

SAMPLING

We offer our customers very fast and quality production of prototypes and collections for sale. The lead-time for samples is between 3-4 working days.

MAIN FACTORY

Our main production and storage base is located in the city of Ruse, Blv. 3-ti Mart, 20. It is only 1 km from the E85 International Road and 96 km from Henri Coandă and Otopeni Airports in Bucharest, Romania. Our main factory with an area of 2000 m2 employs 90 people, of which 80 are directly employed in production. Our cutting section is equipped with a CURIS cutting robot, which makes cutting automatic and very precise. Our sewing machines are the latest generation of JUKI, with automatic thread cutting and bartacks. We have all the special machines that are needed to make dresses, skirts, women's blouses, coats, jackets and coats. We iron the clothes with professional VIET equipment. Our warehouses have a total area of 1500 m2 and allow safe storage of materials and over 20,000 pieces of gitive production on hangers.

SELECTING A SUITABLE FACTORY (POF: POINT OF FABRICATION)

We maintain a network of good factories throughout Bulgaria, which complement our main production and provide our customers with a diverse product and flexible capacity. Our good financial situation guarantees sustainable and reliable relationships with our subcontractors.

DOCUMENTATION AND LOGISTICS

We offer multilingual communication in English, French and Russian. We are flexible in terms of transport and can offer good options for fast deliveries at low prices through groupage forwarding.

CUTTING

Our team of designers has many years of experience and is trained and qualified to work with modern technologies. We use CAD CAM software and current converters from all popular systems: LECTRA, GERBER, OPTITEX. We multiply patterns and make size-sets, arrange cutting markers and monitor the optimal consumption of each material.
